Originally from New York and now based in Atlanta, Daniel Russo (Russo) is making a fast impact in the open-format DJ circuit and Jersey Club production scene. In just two years, he has performed at nearly 100 venues, including Believe Music Hall (Atlanta) and Center Parc Stadium (Atlanta), while also holding two residencies in Athens. Known for his high-energy performances, versatile sets, and engaging stage presence, Russo has built a reputation as an artist who can move any crowd.
His sound spans Jersey Club, Tech House, Bass House, Big Room, EDM, Hip Hop/Rap, Miami Bass, Baile Funk, and Top 40, delivering seamless performances that connect with diverse audiences. Beyond the stage, he has grown a strong online presence under @thedjrusso and launched “GENRSOUND”, a content and hospitality agency that is already developing a local following.

All sound and lighting equipment provided by venue. DJ Console/Riser: 120cm deep x 240cm wide x 90cm high. 4x Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus 2 or CDJ-3000 (updated on newest firmware). All CDJs must be hubbed together with a 5-port Netgear switch/box. 1x Pioneer DJM-900 Nexus 2 Professional DJ Mixer (or A9) or Pioneer XDJ-XZ. 1x Microphone and necessary cables. 2x Monitor speakers (left and right being 300W if not more watts a piece).
